What is Jog-a-Thon?
Jog-a-Thon is Language Academy’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a fun-filled day for everyone!

How does it work? 

Students ask for donations from family and friends. When students turn in donations, they are entered into a drawing to win amazing prizes. Additionally, prizes are awarded to the top- earning individuals and top-earning classrooms. Past prizes have included a Limo Lunch Ride, a movie 4-pack, Principal-for-a-Day, Belmont Park passes, pizza parties, water fight parties, games, and much more! 2025 Prizes will. be revealed in the Jog-a-Thon Information Packet, available the week of April 7th.

Help us meet our fundraising goal! 

No donation is too big or too small. ALL donations are greatly appreciated and tax deductible! Information about collecting donations will be available in the Jog-a-Thon Information packet, available the week of April 7th.

Where does the money go? 

Donations from the Jog-a-Thon go directly to our school. In the past, money raised from the Jog-a-Thon has provided classroom instruction in music, art, dance, and gardening, in addition to middle school science equipment, playground equipment, classroom supplies, library books, school wide events and assemblies, and other programs to our students. How can I volunteer? 

If you would like to volunteer at the event, you must have volunteer paperwork on file with the school for the 2024-25 school year. Information about volunteer sign-ups will be available in April.
